The Comprehensive Program of Study is made up of eight Intensives and is designed to support you step by step as you deepen your understanding of the Pilates method, develop your teaching voice, and learn the distinctive qualities of the Fletcher lineage. Whether you’re beginning with Matwork or working toward full Professional designation, the Fletcher Program of Study offers a thoughtful progression of Intensives, mentorship, and evaluation — all created to help you grow with clarity, confidence, and connection to the lineage.

RENO: Fletcher Pilates
Matwork Intensive
We’re excited to offer another route to becoming a Pilates teacher! The RENO: Fletcher Pilates Matwork Program focuses on developing an understanding of and creative approach to teaching Pilates Matwork sessions and classes to all skill levels. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of the complete Pilates Matwork and Magic Circle syllabus as well as the purpose and therapeutic benefits of each exercise. Coming September 2026.
RENO: Fletcher Pilates Reformer Intensive
The Fletcher Pilates Reformer Intensive provides comprehensive Pilates Reformer education for teachers and movement professionals. Participants gain a clear understanding of the Fletcher Pilates Reformer syllabus, including the purpose, structure, and application of each exercise. Emphasis is placed on precise movement initiation, spinal and limb articulation, correct alignment, and the intelligent use of springs, footbar, and straps.
