Services & Membership
At Your Body Pilates, we offer both in in person and online sessions. Virtually, you can book Your Body Pilates for a Private session OR stream unlimited class recordings from our Vimeo On Demand site.
75 MIN | $150
Consultation
This 75 minute private session is perfect if you are new to Your Body Pilates! After discussing your goals and any special considerations, we flow into a standing and centering postural assessment followed by a full 50 minute Pilates private.
4 SESSIONS | $350
New Client Special
This package is targeted towards those who know they want to commit to more than a consultation but want to get a better feel of Your Body Pilates before committing to a membership. With this purchase, you will receive a consultation in addition to 3 private sessions.
Al La Carte Sessions
In the studio, Your Body Pilates offers Private sessions, Duets and COREtet™ classes. We keep our offerings small so no matter what you decide, you’re getting the individualized attention you deserve.
Private Session
Recommended for all clients, a Private session is a 50 minute Pilates class focused on one client at a time. You will work on all the apparatus and learn how to apply the Fletcher Pilates® Method to your specific needs.

Duet Session
A duet session is a 50 minute semi-private Pilates class focused on two students at a time. Don’t have someone in mind but want to try a duet? Let us know so we can reach out to find a good match for you!

COREtet™ Session
The art of 4… COREtets™ are small group classes made up of 4 students. The perfect number to achieve individualized instruction while maintaining flow and endurance within a group. Classes utilize the Spine Corrector, Hard Roller, Magic Circle, Barre and the iconic Fletcher Towel.
(For the best interest of the client and their classmates, it is required that all students have either completed a consultation or a set of Private sessions before joining COREtet™ classes.)
Virtual Sessions
We offer two kinds of virtual offerings at Your Body Pilates
Private Session
Same benefit as coming in person but this live/virtual lesson is ON THE GO. Whether you own equipment or not, we can develop a Pilates program specific to you and your surroundings.
Vimeo On Demand
You can access pre-recorded virtual classes anytime, anywhere through our video subscription with Vimeo On Demand.
Memberships
We created a membership model hoping to encourage clients to commit to putting themselves first! We have membership offerings for our Private sessions, Duets and COREtet™ services. Depending on your membership, you will commit to coming in once a week (Bronze), twice a week (Silver) or three times a week (Gold).
Monthly Membership
Available for Private sessions, Duets and COREtets™. All monthly memberships start on the 1st of each month (can be prorated if starting mid-month) and require a 3 month minimum commitment and automatic payment method on file. After 3 months, you have the ability to cancel or pause anytime with a minimum of 30 days notice.
Bronze
One appointment per week.

Silver
Two appointments per week.
- Private: $910 / month
- Duet: $520 / month
- COREtet: $295 / month
Gold
Three appointments per week.
- Private: $1300 / month
- Duet: $715 / month

Annual Membership
Available for private sessions only, this membership is for you if you know you’re committed to your practice and you want to SAVE BIG. All annual purchases are one-time payments and will be renewed/re-evaluated at the end of each package life unless otherwise stated.
