COREtet™ CLASSES

Not Your Typical Reformer Pilates!

Our signature small group Pilates class! COREtet™ classes use a full range of beautifully crafted Pilates apparatus and individualized attention to help you reach your goals. If you’re accustomed to reformer Pilates, this is the perfect class to help expand and deepen your Pilates practice.

Benefits Of COREtet™ Pilates Classes

We believe that Pilates is for all bodies and know that, when executed correctly, it can yield incredible results. Our COREtet™ classes are kept small so we can focus on confidently helping you reach your goals through individualized attention.

What to Expect

Expect a fun and challenging group class that always utilizes the entire body. We may be more focused on form and execution at Your Body Pilates, but we always make sure to keep the JOY in movement!

Small Group Class

Our COREtet classes are limited to four participants to ensure you’re each getting personalized attention and care. We’ve found that four is the perfect number to achieve individualized instruction while maintaining flow and endurance within a group.

Many Pieces Of Pilates Apparatus

Our COREtet™ small group classes go beyond typical reformer Pilates! During these classes, we’ll utilize many pieces of Pilates apparatus, including but not limited to the Reformer, Cadillac, Combo Chair, Ped-i-Pul, Spine Corrector, Barre, Hard Roller, Magic Circle, and the iconic Fletcher Towel. We are fully aware of the risks involved with moving on large pieces of equipment, especially for those who are new to Pilates or have only practiced on reformers. Smaller class sizes help us keep everybody moving safely from start to finish.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a COREtet class different from a reformer Pilates class?

The reformer is just one of the many Pilates apparatuses we utilize during our COREtet classes! We’ll also work with a variety of lesser known Pilates apparatus, including the  Cadillac, Combo Chair, Ped-i-Pul, Spine Corrector, Barre, Hard Roller, Magic Circle, and the iconic Fletcher Towel.

Is a COREtet class right for me if I'm new to Pilates?

We believe Pilates is for EVERY BODY! We are also fully aware of the risks involved with moving on large pieces of equipment, especially for those who are new to Pilates or have only practiced on reformers. While our smaller class sizes help us keep everybody moving safely from start to finish, we always recommend anyone new to Pilates sign up for private lessons first. Private lessons will help you get the most out of your Pilates practice, especially if you are suffering from an injury.
